As you probably know, we have been working on creating a new showcase of the contemporary design style. So far, we can say that we have the interior pretty much covered with just a couple of parts missing which will be created within the next couple of days. If you have missed the recent collections, you should check them out because we have covered designs from the contemporary kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, dining room and kids’ room as well as today’s brand new collections of fresh contemporary home office interior designs. The next part of our showcase of the traditional design style is here and it is bringing you a pretty big collection of traditional home office designs. The reason we went with home offices this time is because it is more than certain that some jobs are going to end up done faster and better if you are working from home. Of course this can’t apply for a lot of job types, but some office jobs can be done from home, and if you have tried it, you’ll know that you are actually more productive that way. The design of the traditional home office is nothing different than all the other traditional interior designs that we have shown to you in our most recent collections featuring the traditional kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and dining room.
Create Picture–Perfect Patio. Your backyard can have a piece of concrete burning under the bright Perth sun, or welcome family and friends by having a warm space to enjoy in. Have you thought about pavers? Perth’s pavers are an excellent option to make your patio an extension of your home. There are many to choose from; Coral pavers give you extra texture you can feel when barefoot, and Glowpave shines by day and emits subtle touches of light by night, just to name a few. Pavers of all sorts will give you an added sense of sophistication and luxury into your dream backyard oasis. Shake Off The Sun. Enjoy the exterior without the nasty consequences of sunburn. By creating shady spots, you will be able to find relief from the exhausting sun and also give your backyard a bit more distinction. A fun way to add a little splash of colour into your design is by adding umbrellas or arbours. If you prefer Mother Nature to do her thing and envision your getaway a little more in touch with natural elements, mature trees will do the trick. Even the sun lovers welcome a little shade once in a while.

In many homes the desk is mandatory piece of furniture. Whether it comes to children’s desk or a desk with a computer that is used by the whole family, the time spenden on this table is not negligible. Therefore, we should pay attention to choosing the appropriate table, depending on the type of work and the age of the person that will use it. The table should have above or below, shelves or drawers to store all needed stuff. This will enable greater visibility and more free surface to work. When it comes to teen’s room, table should be set that way, to allow full concentration of the child, such as, for example, in the corner of the room. An ideal place for a desk is by the window, to have natural light for succesfull work. If the table is not set by the window, the lack of daylight should be upgraded with table lamp, which is mandatory piece in every work space. Do you have a garden or terrace? Ah you are so lucky! Just look at our examples and your outdoor room might look like this, with a little imagination. Can you imagine that you are resting on one of these seductive beds with champagne in hand.
If you could only choose one room in your home to put your heart and soul into designing, the living room would top the list. It’s that treasured (and often off-limits) space that sets the tone for your entire decorating style. Seeing Red: The secret to taming a fiery red? Balance it with pops of white. A smattering of dove white wall accents with the white fireplace, chair rail, and coffee table keep the bold color in check. Pattern Play: Trellis, ikats, florals oh my! The trick to mixing patterns is to pick a color theme here, reds, browns, and blues and to use big swaths of solid color (the brown sofa, red chairs, and green ottoman) to anchor the space. Light and Airy: You can pack a lot into your living room even a dining set if you keep furnishings from weighing the space down. Lucite dining chairs, an open weave coffee table, and an unobstructed wall of windows keeps this room from feeling cramped.
Besides the beautiful sandy beaches, which are our favorite in the summer, in the world there are places that are literally created for enjoyment. There are many luxury swimming pools with impressive views up to the pools in natural reserves, but we made one small collection of some of the most exotic pools in the world. In these photos you’ll believe that your fantasies can be realized, just need to choose your favorite destination. The mid–century swimming pool design is very similar to the modern swimming pool design so it might be a bit hard to tell the difference between the two. But there’s an easy way to make sure that your swimming pool would be discovered as a mid–century design. The best way to achieve that is to invest in a mid–century patio around your swimming pool. And of course, the most important thing is to make sure that your home gets a mid–century exterior design. The collections linked above contain a large amount of great designs as well as internal links to even more collections with even more mid–century designs.
For children of school age, when it comes for decorating their room especially important is the choice of a suitable desk and chair. Children now sit more than 10 hours a day, although the human body does not match such a passive lifestyle. Children are particularly susceptible to long periods of sitting in the wrong position. During the growing, they need to have furniture which can continuously adapt to their growing body. Good seating position is important for the proper development of the body. Furniture should not allow children to sit bent, feet not to hang in the air for too high chair, and should also provide enough legroom under the desk. The seat must have a back height adjustment to enable the legs while sitting, in the knee to be comfortable.
